Symptoms

Process HRS_JOB_AGNT is running to No Success with the following error:




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Recruiting > Administration > Run Job Search Agent
2. Schedule the Job Agent process
3. Go to Process Monitor and note HRS_JOB_AGNT went to No Success with the above error in the Message Log
