Classic Mode Delegation Not Sending Emails To Proxy (Doc ID 2703561.1)

Symptoms

In Classic Mode, when the Delegator submits the delegation request, the Proxy is not receiving the email notification.

Whereas, the Proxy should receive the email notification.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Manage Delegation
2. Submit the delegation request for any transaction.
3. The Proxy doesn't receive an email notification.
