Worklist Link In Workcenter Is Not Working

Symptoms
When a user clicks Worklist link in WorkCenter , User lands on the summary page but the active link is not working for the user to process the transaction. In the detail view the user can click on the transaction active link and process the transaction.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the steps from <Document 2510725.1>
2. When the user clicks Worklist link in WorkCenter , It redirects to summary page but the active link is not working for the user to process the transaction. When user click on these links the page just flashes and nothing happens. This page is from Summary View
3. Click on Detail View and All of the links work here upon clicking it takes the user to the component.
