E-QR: Query Error When Run Against the PROJ_ACT_STATUS Table (Doc ID 2705425.1)

Symptoms

The User is kicked out of PIA for a Query that has a DESCRLONG field and attempting to download to .CSV
 

Application & Version: FSCM 9.2 image #26
Bundle/Patch: PT 8.58.03

 
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Go to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager
2. Search By = PT_MSGSTATUS_AT_NODE which also has DESCRLONG field
3. Run to HTML
4. Message Status [1]
5. View Results
6. Click on CSV Text File
