When running a mail server connection test from CRM email sample page,  the following error is seen on the test page.

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to PeopleTools > MutiChannel Framework > Email > Sample Pages.
3. Perform the connection test.
