Performance Issue on View Absence Balance under the Team Time tile (Doc ID 2706386.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue on Absence Balances page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manager Self Service dashboard > Team Time tile > Request Absence
2. Click on an employee
3. On the employee detail page, click the Related Actions arrow next to the picture of the user > Time Management > Absence Balances
Result: The Absence Balances page is taking over 2 minutes to load.
