Symptoms

When in accessibility mode, the browser's initial focus is not consistent when applicant applies for a new or existing job opening in Fluid Candidate Gateway for external candidates.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Select Screen Reader Mode

2. Select Careers and User Signs In

3. Select View All Jobs

4. Notice the focus on page changes each time selecting the page
