Symptoms
When an applicant uses a screen reader to complete an application to apply for a job, the 'yes' and 'no' labels on the radio buttons are not announced with some screen reader and browser combinations.
The reason this occurs is because the label is hidden from assistive technology with an aria-hidden attribute.
People using voice control to navigate may also have difficulty selecting the correct radio button, depending on software and browser combination.
This is a failure of SC 3.3.2 because the form controls are not labeled.
