Symptoms
When you add a new run control or change the business unit value, the system derives the Close Days field default value from the PeopleSoft Purchasing business unit table (BUS_UNIT_TBL_PM.CLOSE_DELAY_DAYS). It's the RCPT_CLOSE_DAYS(Not CLOSE_DELAY_DAYS) in PS_BUS_UNIT_TBL_PM which is defaulting to Close Receipts Run Control page. But below People books is referring the BUS_UNIT_TBL_PM.CLOSE_DELAY_DAYS
