E-508: Users Taken to Blank Screen After Swiping Right When Using VoiceOver On An IPad (Doc ID 2706927.1)

When using an VoiceOver on an Apple iPad, Users can swipe right to select the next item. Some pages have extra swipes that will send the user to a blank screen.

Steps to replicate:
1. Using an Apple iPad, enable VoiceOver
2. Login and swipe right multiple times on the homepage
3. A blank page will be reached. Swiping again on the blank page will return the user back to the homepage.

The issue can also be replicated on the following pages:
W-2/W-2c Consent form, Weekly Time Entry, Daily Time Entry, Time Summary, and Leave / Comp Time
