Symptoms

3C Engine process with Pop Select Query option does not assign Checklist to students.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Configure Checklist and Event Definition
  2. Run 3C Engine using Pop Select Query option
  3. Check the Checklist Assignment to students by going to Person Checklist -- Checklist was not assigned
