Symptoms

Getting error message when copying a special request requisition to a new requisition then pressing on the item description link and doing nothing then pressing on the checkout button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a special request requisition and save it.
2. Go to manage requisition page and copy that requisition to a new one.
3. Press on the Item description link and change nothing then press on checkout button.
4. System will generate error messages
