Symptoms
When creating a recipient list from a query, HR Notifications process runs to no success and receive two errors:
1 - click view recipient list - receive fatal SQL error
2 - when trying to send the HR Notification get NULL error and the notification is not sent.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Query of EMPL_IDs desired for Notification
2. Notification Set-Up and reference list from Query
3. Select Recipient List
4. Receive Errors
