Running the Post Upgrade Script (post_upgrade_script.sh) fails on Cloud Manager (CM) 11.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.) Apply the PRPs (PeopleSoft Release Patchsets) to the CM instance by running the self-update process.
2.) Once that is completed, run the post upgrade script - post_upgrade_script.sh
