Symptoms
TAX960PD process employees with "EE's only paid Exempt Salary Code E" and "EE's has taxable wages"
On the TAX960PR file, RA record and RF record for the company, which is right.
For first EE, (EE only paid Exempt Salary Code E), Can see the following records: RE, RW, RO, RS, RT, RU and RV.
For second EE, (EE has taxable wages), can see the following records: RE, RW, RO, RS, RT, RU and RV.
Both employees should be in the same set of records instead it is showing in different set of records
