Symptoms

Using Terminate Workforce Activity, Email notifications related to Terminations by an Administrator not received consistently.

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Workforce Administrator > Job Information > Job Data
3. {search/select employee}, add row with Action Termination and reason, then click save, notice Email Notification triggered but not received.
