Symptoms

 
When over 2500 concurrent Users navigate to Employee Self Service and access Current Documents or Appraisal Documents to display the list takes almost one (1) minute.

 
Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Over 2500 ConcurrentVi Employee Users log in
2. Navigate to Self Service > Performance Management > My Documents > Current Documents
3. Notice it takes almost one (1) minute  to access the documents.
4. Then, {click} Appraisal Document and notice it takes almost one (1) minute to access the document.
