CUSTOMER_SYNC and CUSTOMER_SYNC_EFF are not Processing Customer groups addition in Customer General info.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Make sure the customer queue is running
2. Activate CUSTOMER_SYNC Service operation
3. Open an existing customer
4. Add a new customer group and save it.
5. Check the XML file created in Asynchronous
