ECM: Bank Statement Import Process Fails After Upgrading To Tools 8.58 (Doc ID 2709260.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to tools 8.58 and less than 8.58.05, the bank statement import process fails with different types of errors:

1. Invalid file: Record code 98 can't follow a record code of 03 - processing halted after line 256 (9400,301) TR_FORMAT.Ban kStatement.BAIFormatter.OnExecute Name:validateRecCodeOrder PCPC:25096 Statement:451 Called from:TR_FORMAT.BankStatement.BAIFormatter.OnExecute Name:format_str Statement:26 Called from:TR_FORMAT.BankStatement.TransformHandler.BAITransformHandler.OnExecute Name:processSour ce Statement:20 Called from:T (0,0)

2. The account total does not match what was stated in the file. The error occurred with Bank ID "XXXXX" and Account Number "XXXXXX". The calculated group total is 111111 and 222222 was stated on the file. (0,0)

1. Import a bank statement in application where tools is less than 8.58.05 and >=8.58
