Goal

Why is the Requisition ID not available on the Expediting Requisitions page?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create eProcurement Requisition
2. Approve & Budget check
3. Navigate to Expedite Requisitions
4. Enter the Requisition Number for sourcing,
Issue : Receive the error
Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15, 11)
