Unable To Select Academic Program on Recruiter Assignment Component (Doc ID 2709314.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enter an Academic Program on the Recruiter Assignment component, no values are available to be selected. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu > Student Recruiting> Assign Recruiters> Recruiter Assignment.
  2. Enter Institution and Academic Career on the General Information Parameters tab.
  3. Click on Prog/Plan Selection Criteria tab.
  4. Click magnifying glass for Academic Program field.

Changes

 The issue may be seen after upgrading to Campus Solutions 9.2.
