Symptoms
While adding an asset online using Basic Add with a back-dated transaction date, getting a peoplecode error:
Steps to Replicate:
- Check GL and AM Open Periods for a Business unit used for test.
- Add asset with a profile that has more books than AM Business Unit via Basic Add.
- In Asset Acquisition Details tab, change Trans Date to any date in closed period.
- Select Capitalize button. Asset Cost and Chartfields are displayed.
- Click Save
