EBI 9.2 - Look Up Icons on Single Action Invoice Run Control Page Throw Error When Used for Search on SQL SERVER Databases (Doc ID 2710181.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, 

While performing a Search on Single Action Invoice  run control page (Navigation: Billing > Generate Invoices > Non-Consolidated > Single Action Invoice)

using either of these lookup icons "From Invoice" , "To Invoice" & "Range Selection ID" look-up icon gives the below error

"A SQL error occured. Please consult your system log for details."

STEPS
-----------------------
    1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as a Billing User
    2.- Navigate to: Billing > Generate Invoices > Non-Consolidated > Single Action Invoice
    3.- Create a new Run Control ID
    4.- Select the Invoice ID radio-button from the Range Selection section
    5.- Click on the From Invoice look-up icon
    6.- The SQL Error Message takes place:  " A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. "
    7.- Click OK on the Error Message
    8.- Click on the To Invoice look-up icon
    9.- The SQL Error Message takes place:  " A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. "
    10.- Click OK on the Error Message
    11.- Select the Range ID radio-button from the Range Selection section
    12.- Click on the Range Selection ID look-up icon
    14.- The SQL Error Message takes place:  " A SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. "
    15.- Click OK on the Error Message
