Symptoms
When the user attempt to navigate to application transactions page, The created by field on application transactions > application data page allows a user to edit the value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Constituent Staging
2. Select Any Temporary ID
3. Click on Transaction Name Link (Ex. AAWS File Parser)
4. Created By becoming Editable
