Symptoms

After Applying Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 18, when attempting to add or update a UCAS Applicant record that was suspended by Search/Match, the following error occurs:

"GetField: Field 'SAD_UC_APPL_AET.INSTITUTION' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) SAD_UC_APPL.ivStark.OnExecute Name:process PCPC:2127 Statement:36
Called from:SAD_UC_TRANSACTION.TRANSACTION.UCASTransaction.OnExecute Name:post Statement:137
Called from:SCC_TRANSAC_DATA.GBL.SCC_SL_DERIVED.SCC_UPDTE_PUSH_BTN.FieldChange Statement:22"

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Import Applicants > Transaction Data.
  2. Search by Staging Status = Suspended.
  3. Click on one of the search results to examine the search/match result.
  4. Select the matching result in the “Select a Duplicate” grid.
  5. Click Update.

 The code for method process SAD_UC_APPL.ivStark was modified in PUM 18.
