Symptoms
After Applying Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 18, when attempting to add or update a UCAS Applicant record that was suspended by Search/Match, the following error occurs:
"GetField: Field 'SAD_UC_APPL_AET.INSTITUTION' not found in scroll level 0. (2,155) SAD_UC_APPL.ivStark.OnExecute Name:process PCPC:2127 Statement:36

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Student Admissions > UCAS Processing > Import Applicants > Transaction Data.
- Search by Staging Status = Suspended.
- Click on one of the search results to examine the search/match result.
- Select the matching result in the “Select a Duplicate” grid.
- Click Update.
