Symptoms

Customer is experiencing a performance issue when a user attempts to access their ePro Favorites list. The user has to wait up to 5 minutes for the page to open, or sometimes the page times out.

Following Steps Demonstrate the Issue:

  1. Navigate to the ePro Requisition Page
  2. From the Favorites select any value
  3. The system will not bring up the item. System just spins
