Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer is experiencing a performance issue when a user attempts to access their ePro Favorites list. The user has to wait up to 5 minutes for the page to open, or sometimes the page times out.
Following Steps Demonstrate the Issue:
- Navigate to the ePro Requisition Page
- From the Favorites select any value
- The system will not bring up the item. System just spins
