Symptoms

 Getting People Code Error when un checking the "Override Suggested Supplier" check box from the eProcurement requisition line details page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new fluid eProcurement requisition with any catalog items.
2. Add any supplier.
3. Go to cart and click on Checkout.
4. On Checkout page, go to line details expand sourcing controls, un check "Override Suggested Supplier" checkbox.
5. Application will throw people code error.
