Symptoms
An Unsubsidized Stafford Loan posted to a student account in Item Term Winter 2019. The loan paid charges in terms Winter 2019, Spring 2019 and Fall 2019. The loan should have applied to Winter 2019 only, with the remainder being refunded. A refund for the excess credit after initial application of the loan was created for an amount that was less than expected. This refund was reversed. To accommodate the student, another refund for the anticipated amount was posted in Winter 2019 term. This refund is not being paid by the Unsubsidized Stafford Loan after running Payment Applier.
