PO Close Short process abends with error:
Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Add PO with 2 lines.
2. Check close short box on each line
3. Split line 2 into 2 schedules
4. Save and Dispatch PO
5. Enter receipt for PO line 1\
6. Run close short and process abends with error.
