EOP_PUBLISHA Will Not Publish a Delete Message - AUDIT_ACTN of 'D' - for EMAIL_ADDRESSES (Doc ID 2714311.1)

Symptoms

The delivered Application Engine EOP_PUBLISHA is not publishing messages for EMAIL_ADDRESSES where the AUDIT_ACTN is 'D'.  The process only picks up AUDIT_ACTN of either 'C' or 'A'.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Configure PERSON_BASIC_SYNC between CS and HR  - make sure the online updates / sync is working ok.
  2. Create a SQR process to update the Person data by batch by following the instructions in Appendix D of
      CS_HCM_Integration_Person_BioDemo_Guide_05_31_2011.pdf published by Oracle using the Staging Table approach.
  3. Publish messages in  batch using delivered App Engine EOP_PUBLISHA.  
  4. Review the results.
