Symptoms
When attempting to add a new conversation the following error occurs:-
Steps To Replicate:-
1. Navigate to :- Main Menu > Accounts Receivable > Drafts > Apply Drafts > Update Worksheet and locate any Draft.
2. Add a new row.
3. Click on add with detail.
4. Click on add a new conversation.
5. See the error.
