An Error occurs when an Account User clicks the e-Signature Button to check the Sign Status of the Adobe Document (Doc ID 2715109.1)

Symptoms

An error occurs when an account user clicks the e-signature button to check the sign status of the Adobe document

Scenario 1:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management .
  2. Open an existing contract document
  3. Click Get e-Signature status
  4. Issue : Getting the error

Note: No error if status is checked by Admin

 

Scenario 2 :

Getting error for an existing contract (Created prior to OAUTH configuration) when you click the Get e-Signature button

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
  2. Open an existing contract document that was created and sent before Oauth configuration
  3. Click Get e-Signature status
  4. Issue : Getting the error
