Symptoms
An error occurs when an account user clicks the e-signature button to check the sign status of the Adobe document
Scenario 1:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management .
- Open an existing contract document
- Click Get e-Signature status
- Issue : Getting the error
Note: No error if status is checked by Admin
Scenario 2 :
Getting error for an existing contract (Created prior to OAUTH configuration) when you click the Get e-Signature button
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
- Open an existing contract document that was created and sent before Oauth configuration
- Click Get e-Signature status
- Issue : Getting the error
