Purchase Order (PO) Email Attach Flag is not Shown on Purchase Order Inquiry Page (Doc ID 2715537.1)

Symptoms

When creating a purchase order and attach a file, the PO Email Attach Flag does not show on Purchase Order Inquiry Page. The Email flag should have the same status in Inquiry PO Header Comment : PO_COMMENTS_IN_SEC page like was created in Add/Update POs (PO_COMMENTS_SEC) page

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Create a PO and attach a file at the PO header level, select the Email flag.
Navigation: Purchasing -Purchase Orders - Add/Update POs
2. Go to Purchase Order Inquiry
Navigation: Purchasing - Purchase Orders - Review PO Information - Purchase Orders
3. Click on the "Header Comments" link
Notice in inquiry PO Header Comment - PO_COMMENTS_IN_SEC page the flag Email = N, while in Add/Update POs (PO_COMMENTS_SEC page) the flag Email is still selected.
This is happening with flag Sent to Supplier = Y/N.
