Symptoms
Supplier Portal Change Request Payment Profile Location Description Is Being Truncated
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Employee Portal
1. Navigation: Suppliers, Supplier Information, Add/Update, Supplier
2. Enter Supplier ID
3. Click on Location tab
4. Make note of location and description
5. Edit location description if necessary so it is at least 25-30 characters.
6. Save the page
Supplier Portal
7. Login to Supplier Portal
8. Navigate to Supplier Change Request
9. Select the Supplier from Step 2 above
10. Click Create New Request
11. Click on Payment Profile tab
12. Note that the Location Description has been truncated.
