EBI9.2: Grants WorkCenter - Invoice Not Finalized Grid Displays Incorrect Amount after Deferring An Expense

Goal
Why in the Grants Workcenter, “Invoices Not Finalized” – “Billing Invoice List” grid displays an incorrect amount after an expense is deferred?
REPLICATION STEPS

- Create a proposal.
- Submit the proposal.
- Generate the award.
- Clicked on Generate
- Add LOC ID.
- Save it
- Activate the contract.
- Project can be seen
- Search for the project created
- Create an ACT transaction in Project Costing and process it by clicking on Process Transaction.
- Process runs successfully
- BIL transaction has been generated.
- Run CA_BI_INTFC - successfully run
- Run Billing Interface - successfully run
- Check the Update Billing Worksheet page- temporary invoice can be seen as listed for the created contract
- Click on Refine Filter Criteria link to select BU as EGV05
- Grants > Navigate to Grants > Grants Workcenter > Invoicing Not Finalized
- Click on the Invoice link to drilldown to the billing worksheet
- Click on invoice link under Billing Worksheet column
- On the Line Details page, select the Billing Worksheet to “defer” an expense line and click SAVE.
- Notice the “Gross Billable Amount” changed from $1000 to $0.00
- Gross Billable Amount has changed accordingly which is correct
- When navigating back to the Worksheet Headers page, the Pretax Invoice Amount displays the correct (adjusted amount).
- However, when navigate back to the Billing Invoice List grid, the amount is still displayed as $1000 instead of $0.00 which is incorrect.
