EPY: Why Prenotification Required Field Is Not Updated When Employee Updates An Existing Account In Employee Self Service? (Doc ID 2716650.1)

Why when an employee modifies an existing account number in Employee Self Service Direct Deposit page, Prenotification Required checkbox is not updated ( flag is not set to Y) in the Request Direct Deposit page(Payroll for North America-> Employee Pay Data USA-> Request Direct Deposit) , even if the Prenote Required in Employee Self Service field is selected in Direct Deposit Controls page (Set Up HCM-> Product Related -> Payroll for North America-> Payroll Processing Controls -> Direct Deposit Controls?
If the employee creates a new row for the ESS Direct Deposit, then the Prenotification Required in Update Direct Deposit page is updated according the set up in the Direct Deposit Controls page.
