E-AD: Drop Zone / Subpage - Does Not Create New Row When Main Page Is A New Row. (Doc ID 2717266.1)

Record with drop zone containing scroll area does not create a new row with same effective date as the main page.

There should be a new row with a matching effective date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Peoplesoft as a user who can use the Fluid Position Management. Select the Home Page that has
the ‘Manage Position’ Tile. Select Mange Position.
2. Search for an existing position and click on the result.
3. Click on the ‘+’ (plus) button to add a new effective dated row. The delivered details page opens up with the new effective date, copying all the values forward.
4. The added drop zone sub-page is displayed at the bottom of the page. However it is displaying the most
recent effective dated row instead of adding a new row with a matching effective date.
