EPY: W-2 ElectronicConsent Not Sending Emails Even Though the Email Ids Are All Populated (Doc ID 2717326.1)

Symptoms


The customer was setting up W-2 Fluid self-service electronic consent for the first time in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. When updating the consent to receive the form electronically, the system does not appear to trigger an email confirmation or when rescinding a consent.

The customer verified that all three records, PSUSEREMAIL, PS_ROLEXLATEOPR and PSOPRDEFN are populated and PS_ROLEXLATEOPR has the field PRIMARY_EMAIL set to 'Y', but still no email is sent.
