After applying Patch 30265259: 2021-2022 ISIR Updates, the following error occurs when trying to view the ISIR Corrections 2020-2021 page for any student.

"Gray: Record 'DERIVED_SA_PAR' not found in scroll level 1. (2,154) ISIR_CONTROL.ISIR_ORIG_IND.RowInit PCPC:4071 Statement: 120
The specified record was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records.
Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct it as appropriate."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct 2020-2021 ISIR Records. Search for any student and click on their row in the results.

It should be noted that bug 31849053 is not related to the cause of the problem, but it must be applied as well and is not getting selected by PUM when selecting the lead bug.
