E-PTF: Newly Created Folder Does not Display in PTF Explorer

Information in this document applies to any platform.
While working in PTF client and accidentally hitting some key combination, the newly added folder does not display. When trying to recreate the folders in the outline, the following error displays: 'Folder already exists'
