Savings Contributions Are Not Limited when Multiple Checks in Different Companies Are Processed in the Same Payroll Run

An employee with multiple jobs transfers to a different company on one of those jobs, resulting in them receiving paychecks for both companies. Payrolls for both companies are processed together using the same Pay Run ID. On the payroll on which the 402(g) Limit is reached, deductions for the 403(b) Plan are allowed to exceed the Limit.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer one job of an employee with multiple jobs to a different company (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
2. Calculate payrolls for both companies for the pay period in which the 402(g) Limit is reached (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets and Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
