ECA: Contract Work Center Dashboard - Contracts Billing Analysis Pivot Grid Is Not Displaying the Contents When "Calendar" Field Is Not Populated in the Prompts for the Grid Settings (Doc ID 2719386.1)

Symptoms

Contract Work Center Dashboard - Contracts Billing Analysis pivot grid is not displaying the contents when "Sold To" and "Number of Months" fields are not populated in the Prompts for the grid settings.

Replication Steps

  1. Navigate to Contract WorkCenter.
  2. Under the Main tab, click on "Contracts WorkCenter Dashboard" under the Links section.
  3. Contracts Billing Analysis shows some content.
  4. Click on the Settings > Prompts option and for example, select the business unit  'US001', Sold To Customer as '1000' and currency as 'USD' (Do not fill Calendar fields) and click OK. There is data associated with this content.
  5. Notice that the chart is blank. This is incorrect.
  6. But when appropriate Calendar field is populated, the chart does show contents.
