Symptoms
When attempting to run compare report or copy project from file using App Designer command line (psidex) in Linux the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run compare report using command line or copy project from file
E.g.
psidex -COPYTOFILE -LF ~/tmp/TEST_TMP.log -PJTF TEST_TMP -FP ~/tmp -CT ORACLE -CD CDASUPG -CO BATCHUSER -CP "password" -CI people -CW "connect_password"
psidex -COMPAREFROMFILE -CL 100 -FLTR 11111 11111 11111 11111 11111 -CMTABLE 0 -CMTRAD 1 -CMPRTPRJ 1 -ROD ~/tmp/reports -LF ~/tmp/TEST_TMP_COMPARE.log -PJFC TEST_TMP -FP ~/tmp -CT ORACLE -CD CDASUPG -CO BATCHUSER -CP "password" -CI people -CW "connect_password"
