ECA: Performance Issue on Redistribute As Incurred Revenue Page - Times Out for Contracts With Large Data (Doc ID 2719724.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a contract on the Redistribute As Incurred Revenue page, the search page times out for contracts with a large amount of accounting distribution rows.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a contract with rate-based lines.
2. Load transactions to the related project generating revenue lines.
3. Run PSA_ACCTGGL to create as-incurred revenue for the contract.
4. Navigate to Customer Contracts > Adjust Revenue and Billing > Redistribute As Incurred and enter the BU and Contract number.
5. Click on Search button.
