E-PORTAL: Error on Page: "Site Name Is Not Valid. Check Your Url Syntax And Try Again." After Setting Up a New Site (Doc ID 2720181.1)

When clicking on URL's from various links from Fluid tiles, like "My Pending Receipts" and "My Voucher Approvals", users are getting the below error.


ERROR MESSAGE:

The URL is using "ps_newwin" instead of the correct site name followed by "_newwin". For example, https://hostname/psp/ps_newwin/EMPLOYEE/ERP/c...

The site name is "newsite". If the URL is manually replaced with the correct site name, it works. For example: "https://hostname/psp/newsite_newwin/EMPLOYEE/ERP/c...


STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Application.
2. Click on a Tile.
