E-MCF: Clicking on an Email Link Results in "The file does not exist" Error (Doc ID 2720524.1)

When changing the MCF_GETMAIL node's MCF_server to "Office 365 EWS" Service Accounts, and MCF_Protocol to HTTPS protocol, attachments are loaded to the file server, but are not viewable. The user receives the following error when clicking on the attachment hyperlink in the email workspace.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA via a browser, and navigate to Correspondence > Search Inbound Email.

2. Open an email.

3. Click on the attachment hyperlink.
