E-PORTAL: Getting Double Branding Header when Accessing Content Provider - FSCM Tile from Portal (Doc ID 2720572.1)

User is getting double branding header when accessing Content Provider - FSCM Tile from Portal Instance. Issue is happening to specific custom tile and not appearing when accessed through Navbar.

Ideally only one header should appear i.e. Portal Header if unified navigation setup

Steps to Replicate:

1. Login to Portal
2. Click on FSCM Tile
3. Double Header appears
