Symptoms
When processing an event for a person with multiple jobs (i.e. multiple empl record numbers), new enrollments do not appear to be terminating the old ones.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Benefits Administration process for multijob employee(s) (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
