Goal

What is the maximum number of  windows a user can open in PIA without causing the CPU to go over 100% on java WLS process?

One observes the below behavior when one:

1. Logs in to PIA.
2. Opens a new tab or window.
3. In the 2nd window opened modifies the number as below (as if the user had opened 999999999 windows) :
http://serv-name:8000/psc/h9285804x_999999999/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/NUI_FRAMEWORK.PT_LANDINGPAGE.GBL?
4. logs out from this 2nd one while the previous is still running.

As a result, java CPU increases to 100%:
"signed out from http://serv-name:8000psc//h9285804x_999999999/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/NUI_FRAMEWORK.PT_LANDINGPAGE.GBL?"
