Goal

'Approval Framework-Voucher' navigation is missing in Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2.

It is there in Peopletools > Portal > Structure and Content.
However, Approval Framework-Voucher is missing when a user goes to Main Menu> Accounts Payable>Voucher>Approve.
